Psychological Aspects of Crisis Hostage Negotiation
Psychological Aspects of Crisis/Hostage Negotiation is an 8-hour Advanced/Refresher Course for Crisis Negotiators. This hands-on course will provide an in-depth look at Bipolar Disorder, Depression, and Schizophrenia as it applies to Crisis/Hostage Negotiation. After a 4-hour lecture, students will participate in an intense 4-hour scenario, designed to refine skills in Crisis/Hostage Negotiation. Special emphasis will be placed on teamwork, decision making, intelligence management and incident assessment.
