Introduction to SWAT Concepts & Tactical Shooting
This two-day course is an introduction to SWAT concepts and tactical shooting and features discussion related to SWAT member selection, continued training, target scouting and intelligence gathering. Other topics of instruction include formal briefings for warrant and other high hazard operations, informal hostage and dynamic situation briefings, as well as continued intelligence gathering. The tactical shooting portion of this course will include basic hot house exercises, as well as range oriented line shooting.
