First Line Supervision
This course is designed to provide the basics in effective supervision to current supervisors or those preparing for the supervisory role. Subject areas include conflict resolution, understanding personal profiles, the supervisory challenge, communication, employee performance appraisals, motivational principles, leadership, planning and decision making, the disciplinary process, ethics, cultural diversity & sexual harassment.
(CEH: 12-hours Technical Skill; 8-hours Legal Studies; 16-hours Interpersonal Perspectives & 4-hours Skill Development.)
