Tanya ZaglauerSenior Police Officer Zaglauer works for the West Des Moines Police Department Community Education/Outreach. She has been in law enforcement for thirteen years. Officer Zaglauer received her B.S. from Iowa State University and her M.P.A. from Drake University in 2005. She has been an instructor for a local university, MCTC, and a consultant on areas of criminal justice, crisis negotiations, workplace violence and personal security. Officer Zaglauer volunteers as a critical incident stress management debriefer, and has provided services to the Iowa National Guard. Officer Zaglauer is currently a negotiator and a liaison for Mobile Crisis focusing on mental health issues. |
