Donald A. HaydenDonald Hayden has 29 years in law enforcement, 18 of those as a detective. He held a myriad of positions ranging from a patrol to homicide detective to Commander of a CID Detachment, and finally as a branch chief for the U.S. Army Military Police School where he served as the Subject matter expert in forensics and death investigations. He holds a Master’s degree in Forensic Science and has completed over 1,000 death investigations. He has created complete courses of instruction for the U.S. Army. He is a current faculty member with the Columbia College, Columbia, Missouri. He has been named CID Special Agent of the Year, U.S. Army Military Police School Instructor of the Year, Columbia College Instructor of the Year and in 2009 he was awarded the State of Missouri Governor’s Medal of Valor. He is also a published author, publishing a Crime Scene Processing Manual. |
