Colin Comer, M.S.Colin Comer acquired a B.S. in Criminal Justice Admin. at Central Missouri State University in 1979, before working for the Independence, MO. Police Dept. in patrol and narcotics. In 1982 he joined the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension as a Special Agent working in narcotics, homicide, child abuse, internal affairs, and training. In 1995 Mr. Comer became Police Chief in Mitchell, S.D., and continued teaching. He taught at the Law Enforcement Training Institute, University of Missouri, beginning in 1998 with emphasis in homicide, drugs, child abuse, and survival, while acquiring an M.S.C.J. at Columbia College. Since 2002 he has been a law enforcement consultant, and Criminal Justice instructor at Columbia College. |
