Charles G. RickardMr. Rickard earned his Bachelors’ Degree in Sociology from Quincy College in 1992. Following graduation he enlisted in the United States Army as a Military Police Soldier (MP). Mr. Rickard held various positions as a MP, from team leader to detachment sergeant. Also, while in the Army Mr. Rickard was a CID Special Agent and conducted felony investigations in the areas of general crimes, economic crimes and drug crimes. Prior to accepting the position of the CATLET Executive Director, Mr. Rickard was the Executive Director for the Military Police Regimental Association (MPRA) a not for profit organization that is dedicated to supporting the US Army Military Police Corps Regiment and its members. Mr. Rickard is a lifetime member of the MPRA. |
