D. Andrew DavisMr. Davis, a native of Carlsbad, New Mexico, is a Detective Sergeant with the Phelps County Sheriff’s Department in Rolla, Missouri. He is also a retired Noncommissioned Officer in the US Army’s Military Police Corps for 22 years. Between the Army and his present position he was a Detective in a Municipal Agency. During his thirty-five years of law enforcement experience, Mr. Davis, has performed a myriad of advanced police and supervisory duties such as traffic accident reconstruction, shift supervisor, detective, division chief, physical security investigator, protective services agent, and evidence technician/custodian. Mr. Davis has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice Administration and has attended Missouri Southern State College Police Academy. He teaches Hostage Negotiations across the United States with other Board Members and is an adjunct instructor for the Institute of Police Technology and Management. |
